Issuing a warranty at the end of a successful blank cut transaction

STEP 1

Do a normal blank cut as usual with a film type that is enabled for Lifetime Warrant

STEP 2

You have to scan a film QR code to issue a warranty

STEP 3

After the cut is completed, the Cut Success message will appear as usual

STEP 4

Tap ‘Yes‘ at Cut Success message. The Issue Warranty page should appear

STEP 5

Type in a phone number and tap ‘Issue Warranty

STEP 6

Warranty issued message appears and the phone number entered receives a SMS for the warranty. Registered phone number on GoKaizen will see the warranty in their list, non-registered phone number on GoKaizen can create a new account to receive the warranty

STEP 7

Tap ‘OK‘ at Warranty issued message. The warranty is successfully issued

STEP 8

For cases where a film QR code was used but the transaction wasn’t successful, you can repeat the same transaction with a bypass credit. Then at the end of the transaction you can tap ‘Scan film code’ and then scan the previous film QR code to issue the warranty.

 

Note: The device model and film type chosen in the first unsuccessful transaction and second bypass credit transaction have to be the same

Issuing a warranty from the homepage (Skip this if you have done Flow 1)

STEP 1

You can also issue a warranty from the home screen by tapping on ‘Issue Warranty’. This should only be done if you have used the film QR code in Flow 1 but did not get to issue the warranty in that transaction

STEP 2

Tap on ‘Issue Warranty’ on the home screen. Scan the film code that is already used to cut in Flow 1

STEP 3

Enter the phone number and tap ‘Issue Warranty

The rest of the process is the same as step 6 & 7 in Flow 1

Conditions for Issuing Lifetime Warranty

  1. Each GoKaizen account can only purchase lifetime warranty for a maximum of 3 devices per year.
  2. Each of the 3 devices have to be different with its unique IMEI number.
