STEP 1
Tap ‘Warranty Cut‘ on the home screen
STEP 2
Tap ‘Scan Warranty QR Code‘ and scan the Warranty QR Code that was approved from GoKaizen
STEP 3
You will be asked to check the last 8 IMEI digit of the customer’s phone. If the IMEI of the customer’s phone matches with the IMEI that the customer registered, tap ‘Yes’ to continue
STEP 4
You will land on the device template page. Select a template that you wish to cut.
STEP 5
Scan a new Film Code that hasn’t been used to cut before
STEP 6
Select machine to cut.
STEP 7
You have successfully processed a warranty cut
Note: If the warranty cut wasn’t successful, do another normal blank cut with your own film. Please submit a report to Kaizen for reimbursement. Do not ask the customer to make another claim on GoKaizen.

Warranty cut can only be done at the same store that issued the warranty. If a different store tries to process the claim the following error message will appear.
