Where can I get the screen protectors?
Your order can be picked up from any of the participating stores. On GoKaizen APP, tapping on “Screen protector” card on the home page you will see the option to “Find a store”. Tapping on store finder shows you the list of stores near you. Our friendly store aasociates will be glad to offer you their services.
Is it only applicable for "just fit" protection?
Our protection film fits any size of the screen protector. Screen & Full Body Protection Options Available. You can choose either Case fit, Full Front or even Edge to Edge
How often do you update the device template? What should I do if I can't find the right flim template?
Our specialist update the template everyday, or by request. Normally, It takes few hours to get it done.
What is GoKaizen APP?
GoKaizen Design App enables you to design your own back skin. By using your favourite picture, or choosing from our extensive picture library, adding stickers, images or text; or applying filter to get what you want. This is a customiztion APP allowing you to realize your imagine.
what kind of devices do you support?
We currently support over 4700 devices, including phones, tablets, laptops, watches and more. If you can’t find a device, you could contact help@gokaizen.com and we will add it soon.
Can I upload photographs from my phone and use them in the design?
Designs can be created when you Tap on the “Create a unique skin”. You will be asked to select a template before you start designing. Go kaizen allows the use of personal photographs from your phone gallery as a background or an image in the design. To use as a background tap on the “Own Photo” app in the designing page. You can change the background at any time by accessing the “Edit background dock” every time the background is selected on the design page.
What is Four Seasons?
Four Seasons is a single purchase of 4 vouchers allowing you to change the back design of your phone 4 times. You can also share up to 3 vouchers to your loved ones. Please visit GoKaizen for more info.
What is the difference between templates for a particular device?
GoKaizen has multiple templates for a single device to give you multiple options of how you would like your unique skin. For those who like to show off their band, we have templeates which do that. Some would like the back covered fully others may just want a fit. GoKaizen has a template for everyone.
