Artizen Four Seasons Pass (“Seasons Pass”) is a special pack of four virtual vouchers (“Vouchers”) that offers best value for money for you to create customise design of your mobile device back protection film using the GoKaizen mobile application (“GoKaizen App”). It is sold at participating retail stores and its usage is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Seasons Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused Vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Purchaser shall provide a valid mobile phone number to the retail store in order to receive confirmation of purchase notification via SMS. The same mobile phone number must be used for registration of GoKaizen App account in order to receive and view the purchased Vouchers in “My Vouchers” section of GoKaizen App.
GoKaizen is not liable for delivery of Vouchers to an incorrect or non-existent mobile phone number provided by the purchaser.
Vouchers can be freely shared with loved ones and friends by using the share function located on each of the Vouchers itself.
Orders shall be placed by applying the Vouchers upon checkout. Processing of order (i.e. printing and installation of customised design on mobile device) can only be done at same retail store that sold the Seasons Pass. However, if the Seasons Pass was purchased from a retail store that is part of a retail chain, there may be option to select another store under the same retail chain in the GoKaizen App for order processing. No changes can be made subsequently after a particular store has been selected.

The following terms and conditions govern the use of GoKaizen App. If you do not agree to be bound by any of the terms and conditions below, do not access or otherwise use GoKaizen App or any contents contained therein.

All contents (i.e. graphics, images, texts or other materials) used by you to create designs on GoKaizen App shall be under your sole responsibility (“Designs”). You warrant that all moral rights in the Designs have been waived.
Notwithstanding the above, usage of the following images is expressly prohibited (“Violations”):

(a) Obscene, pornographic, threatening or otherwise objectionable images or any other images that could breach any applicable laws or regulations.

(b) Any image obtained without the permission of the rightful owner and the persons who are shown in the image that infringes their privacy, publicity or copyrights.

Your account with GoKaizen App shall be terminated immediately if such Violations are found or brought to our attention. In the event infringing contents were used, you shall be liable for all consequences arising from the said infringement and shall indemnify GoKaizen against third-party claims.

GoKaizen App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoKaizen disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. GoKaizen makes no warranty that GoKaizen App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the GoKaizen App or its server is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Under no circumstances shall GoKaizen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or the inability to use GoKaizen App, from any changes to GoKaizen App, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles. Notwithstanding, you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
GoKaizen may change or modify the terms and conditions set out above at any time by posting updated terms and conditions on this site. Your continued use of GoKaizen App shall constitute an acceptance of those changes or modifications.
