The GoKaizen limited lifetime warranty plan (the “Warranty”) applies to specific products under the ForceField and Armored brand (the “Product”) purchased from participating authorized GoKaizen dealer store (the “Dealer”). The Product sold by each Dealer may vary in terms of type and model and as such, it is advisable to check with your chosen Dealer before purchase.GoKaizen warrants the Product against wear and defect during the lifetime of the device that has been installed with the said Product and successfully registered for the Warranty (the “Device”). The Warranty does not cover willful misuse, intentional damage or grossly negligent use of the Product. The Warranty also does not cover any physical damage to the Device itself.

The Warranty starts on the Product purchase date and shall remain effective throughout the period that you own the Device (the “Warranty Period”).

Registration of the Warranty must be done through our GoKaizen mobile application (the “GoKaizen App”) within 14 days of your purchase of the Product from our Dealer. You (“Purchaser”) shall provide a valid mobile phone number to the Dealer to issue the Warranty notification via SMS. The same mobile phone number must be used for registration of GoKaizen App account in order to receive and register the Warranty under “My Warranties” section of GoKaizen App. The Warranty will only be valid upon successful registration with the required information.

Each GoKaizen App account is allowed to register a maximum of Three (3) warranties for Three (3) different Devices.

Each Device IMEI number is only allowed to be registered for One (1) Warranty at any one time.

To make a Warranty claim, Purchaser must submit a claim request from the GoKaizen App by entering the correct IMEI number of the Device that was provided during the Warranty registration. If the claim has been approved, Purchaser will receive a claim ID with the status “approved” in the GoKaizen App.

Purchaser is limited to making four (4) claims request a year for each registered Warranty.

The Warranty claim must be processed at the same Dealer where Purchaser bought the Product.

A service fee is applicable for each claim under the Warranty and payable to the Dealer after the said claim has been processed. The service fee will either be shown in the GoKaizen App during the claim request or advised by the Dealer before processing the claim.

The Warranty claim must be for the same registered Device. In relation to this, Dealer may request the Purchaser to provide the following items as proof or evidence for the claim: (1) Invoice copy of the Product; (2) Return of the defective Product; and (3) Unique Identifier (QR code) of the Product. Dealer reserves the right to decline processing the claim if Purchaser fails to provide the foregoing items.

All express and implied warranties for the Product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability, are specifically disclaimed. In no event shall the Company be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damages.

The Company reserves the right to change the method by which the Company may provide warranty service to you, and your Product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service.
